Le chant Malgache sur
Madagascar: le chœur ICanto interprète l’oratorio «Messiah» d'Haendel pour les fêtes de Noël
À Madagascar, la période des fêtes de fin d’année est aussi synonyme de représentations et concerts de Noël. Aux côtés des chants issus du répertoire traditionnel malgache, certaines formations ont souhaité innover. À l’instar du chœur tananarivien ICanto qui a proposé cette année l’oratorio « Messiah » de Georg Haendel, compositeur allemand naturalisé britannique. Deux concerts qui avaient lieu dans la cathédrale anglicane Saint-Laurent à Antananarivo et qui ont été joués dans une église comble.
